Site work and paving for a road / highway in Addison, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Board of Education, DuPage High School District 88, Addison, IL, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, requests sealed, single lump-sum proposals for: Addison Trail and Willowbrook High School Loading Dock Remediation according to the Contract Documents prepared by Wight & Company, hereinafter referred to as the Architect. The project consists of remediation and replacement work at the concrete loading docks of the two above noted schools. Action on said Proposals will be taken by the Owner at a later date, at a regular, adjourned, or special meeting of the Board of Education. All proposals received after the hereinbefore stipulated time and date will be rejected and/or will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened, at the option of the Owner. Attendance at the prebid meeting is highly encouraged and will be attended by the Owner Representatives. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bidding procedure as their interests may appear
