The HWY. 73 / Spur93 EST is a 500,000-gallon legged elevated water storage tank approximately one hundred ten (110') feet tall and is approximately forty (40') feet in diameter. The tank is supported by six (6) columns and a wet riser. The tank is located near the intersection of 60TH Street and Spur 93 in the City of Port Arthur. A Pre-Bid Inspection was performed on August14, 2019. A copy of the Pre-Bid Inspection Report is attached. This project also includes work at the Pleasure Island Pedestal EST and the FM365 Legged EST. The Pleasure Island Pedestal EST is a 300,000-gallon spheroid edestal elevated water storage tank, approximately one hundred thirty-eight (138') feet tall supported by a single pedestal shaft approximately ten (10') feet in diameter and a thirty (30') feet diameter bell. The FM365 EST is a 500,000-gallon legged elevated water storage tank approximately one hundred (100') feet tall, approximately forty (40') feet in diameter supported by six (6) columns.
