Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Mount Pleasant, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes recoating a double ellipsoidal 4-column elevated water storage tank including all mobilization, demobilization and site preparatory work, all equipment and materials required for removal and disposal of sludge from inside tank to an approved site, performing designated modifications and repairs, providing required containment system, preparing tank surfaces for recoating, dispose of cleaning materials (abrasives) and materials removed (coatings and rust) during surface preparation, recoating the tanks, disinfection of interior tank surfaces, and all other work described in the Contract Documents, and necessary to provide a completely recoated water storage tanks ready to be placed back into service. The Cost Estimate for this Contract is as follows: Contract No. 3 - Mount Pleasant Water Storage Tank Recoating: $254,000.00
