Renovation of an educational facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Modernization of two (2) traction passenger and two (2) hydraulic elevators. The Work Site for the two (2) traction passenger elevators is located at 1155 East Broadway, Vancouver BC and the Work Site for the two (2) hydraulic elevators is located at 250 W. Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. All four (4) elevators have reached or are reaching the end of their expected reliable lifespans, and replacement of all major components, including the control system, machines (traction), cylinder (direct acting hydraulic), car operating panels, and operating fixtures. The intention of the modernization is to extend the reliable lifespan of the elevators by 25 years.
