Renovation of a municipal facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
econd and Third Floor Reception-Level 1 Alterations, which includes furnishingall labor, equipment and materials necessary to: install two new storefront sidelight assemblies, a new glasspartition system for reception desk, a new wall with integrated bookcase separating reception from thehallway, new pocket door between reception and interview room, and a new solid wood door on the thirdfloor with card reader. The project includes electrical, security integration, and lighting work along with alldemolition and restoration required to complete project according to project documents. The deadline for submission of questions will be on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. local time. All questions should be submitted to Jill Selby at procurement@tohowater.com The successful contractor will be required to furnish a Public Construction, Performance and Bid Bond as described in the Contract Documents, for both projects.
