For RFP Engineering - Design and Engineering Services for Development of Blue/Greenway at St. Paul's Corridor Provide funds to construct the Blue/Greenway in the St. Paul's Area. Funds will be used for the redevelopment of approximately 26 acres of public housing and other properties into an aesthetic open space designed to treat and store storm water runoff during storm events. This transformation will create a water eco-center comprised of parks, green spaces, and a dynamic living laboratory. This project is a new project that was previously planned under, "Improve Storm Water Infrastructure in St. Paul's Area". Project is included City of Norfolk 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) As of September 29, 2023, per owner, project is in design, with 65% completion and a team has been identified. Construction is estimated to be in FY2024-2025.
