Route Crack Clean and Seal will cover 67.29 miles of County Roads. Occurring on County Roads 5, 6, 9,9A, 10A, NE Bypass, 11, 12, 13, 14,16, 19, 20, and 23. The work consists of the following ap- proximate quantities: County Wide Route Crack Clean and Seal Route Crack Clean and Seal Lbs. 165,200. All bids are to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials, accompanied by a bidder's bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid, executed by the bidder as principal, and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of North Dakota, as a guarantee that the bidder will do business in the State of North Dakota, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract for performance of such work in case the contract is awarded to him. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as provided by Section 3-07-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. The Contractor shall give (10) days notice prior to starting any con- struction work and shall complete the project no later than September 1, 2020. The County Commissioners of Ward County reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any ir- regularities and to hold bids for a period not to exceed Thirty (30) days from the date of opening
