County Commissioners of the County of Ward, North Dakota, Will Receive Sealed Bids for Pavement Marking of Approximately 27.2 Miles of County Roads. For This Project Bids Will Only Be Received and Accepted electronically. All Bids Must Be Submitted, and All Work Shall Be Done in Full Compliance With the Approved Plans and Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction Now on File in the Office of the Ward County Engineer. The Work Consists of the Following Approximate Quantities: 762; 0112 Epoxy Pvmt Mk Message; Sf 546 762; 0113y Epoxy Pvmt Mk 4in Line (Centerline); Lf 162,202 762; 0113w Epoxy Pvmt Mk 4in Line (Edgeline); Lf 297,579 762; 0115 Epoxy Pvmt Mk 8in Line; Lf 8,820 762; 0117 Epoxy Pvmt Mk 24in Line; Lf 60 All Bids Are to Be Submitted on the Basis of Cash Payment for the Work and Materials, Accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in the Amount of Five (5) Percent of the Total Bid, Executed by the Bidder as Principal, and by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of North Dako- Ta, as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Do Business in the State of North Dakota, as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract for Performance of Such Work in Case the Contract is Awarded to Him. All Bid Security Shall Comply With Sec- Tion 11-11-28 and Amendments Thereto of the North Dakota Century Code.
