Each proposer shall examine the CD, including the Contract Documents carefully; and discrepancies, omissions, or doubts or questions as to the meaning of drawings and specifications shall be communicated in writing to the District's representative. Proposers should act promptly and allow a minimum of four (4) days for a reply to reach them before submission of their proposals. No inquiries will be received or answered within 48 hours of the time of receipt of proposals. All interpretations, substitutions, additional approved materials and equipment, or changes to the contract documents will be made in the form of an addendum to the Contract Documents and shall become a part of the contractors proposal. Copperas Cove Independent School District reserves the right to accept any of the proposals submitted or to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the Proposals and the Proposal process, as the Owner's interests are best served. By submitting a Proposal, each offeror agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the District, the Architect/Engineer and their respective employees arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation or recommendation of any Proposal; waiver of any requirements under the Proposal Documents; acceptance or rejection of any Proposal; and award of a Contract. In determining to whom to award the contract, Copperas Cove Independent School District will consider the following criteria in each category: 1. The purchase price. 45% 2. The offeror's relevant experience. 35% 3. The offeror's organization, finances, safety record and claims/litigation. 10% 4. The offeror's experience with meeting timelines and budgets for projects. 10% TOTAL SCORE 100%
