Remodeling of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Bids will be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by University of Utah Gould Plus Architects , hereinafter referred to as A/E as defined in the General Conditions. Create two (2) new general purpose Electrical Classroom Labs from the existing larger Lab in Room 2265. Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired previous State mandated Surety Bond Forms. We are requiring the use of AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance & Payment Bond Forms A312-2010. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to The University of Utah, must be procured and submitted to the University of Utah within 24 hours after the bid due time. Construction Constraints: This will be an occupied building during construction. Mandatory Completion Date of August 17, 2020 The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
