A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Addition of Broadcast Media Equipment and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Furnish labor and materials for D Vickers Hall Renovation and Addition Broadcasting Media Equipment for the Facility Planning Department. The contractor must be a Louisiana-licensed contractor for a project cost equaling or exceeding $50,000. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, Workers Compensation, Employers Liability, General Liability, and Automobile Liability insurance are required. Inquiry Deadline: Date: January 27, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
