This project consists of a new 31,500 (+/-) sf building consisting of warehouse space with shop area and lab (approximately 22,856 sf), control room and two offices (approximately 2,683 sf), men's and women's restrooms, mechanical equipment rooms, along with circulation spaces. Also included is approximately 1,315 (+/-) linear feet of bulkhead along the adjacent navigable waterway, and a 30 ft wide concrete boat launch. Design will include foundation for 400 linear feet of track for overhead crane, and associated site paving and site improvements. The Designer shall prepare and submit all required drawings to Facility Planning and Control in AutoCAD and hard copy. Drawings shall follow the format specified in the "Instructions to Designers for AutoCAD Drawings Submittal". The funds available for construction are approximately $9,467,020.00 with a fee of approximately $700,302.00. Contract design time is 360 consecutive calendar days; including 105 days review time.
