Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Los Altos Hills, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 400-square-foot fire / police facility.
**As of 11/18/2020 was already awarded .Project anticipated to start sometime after the Thanksgiving Holiday. The Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District ("Owner", "Santa Clara County Fire Department" or "County Fire") invites qualified Contractors to bid on the Los Altos Kitchen Remodel Project as specified herein. Q & A deadline: Nov 03, 2020 5:00:00 PM EST The Work will consist of remodeling the kitchen at the Los Altos Fire Station on Almond Avenue. Successful Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, consumables which shall include but shall not be limited to workers supplies, protective garments, and disposable items used in furtherance of completing the Work, labor, and supplies required to perform the Work as specified herein. See Exhibit H, Scope of Work/Specifications, for details. Renovation of the existing kitchen space of 400 sq. ft.. The renovations are to include the demolition of the existing countertop, casework, T-bar and drywall ceilings and the removal of existing appliances and installation of new casework, countertop, ceilings, appliances, electrical, sonotube skylight and other items
