This is a Unit Price Contract for the purchase of Modular Classroom Buildings. This contract will be utilized by Wicomico County Public Schools during the contract period. Successful contractor will be responsible to provide, delivery and setup per Bidding Documents. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the date and time of bid opening. The Board of Education of Wicomico County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive formalities, informalities, and technicalities therein. The Board reserves the right to contact a Bidder for clarifications and may, at its sole discretion, allow a Bidder to correct any and all formalities, informalities and technicalities in the best interest of the Board.
