Mullen, (dmullen@umassp.edu) (1-617- 287-3212). Six (6) hard copies and two (2) USB memory stick versions of all responses shall be delivered to Barbara J. Kroncke. at which time, they will become the property of UMBA and are subject to applicable Public Record Laws. UMBA reserves the right to extend the deadline for submission. The entire response shall be in a sealed package. The name and address of the respondent shall appear on the outside of the package and the package shall refer to The RFP for Development and Operation of an Ice Rink at the University of Lowell, Massachusetts and due date. Requests for clarification of the intent or content of the RFP, and any other questions from prospective Respondents regarding the Project or this RFP must be submitted to UMBA in writing via e-mail only, by Tuesday, March 10, 2020 on or before 2:00 PM EST.
