Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Contract 20E-01, Regional Storm Pond and Marshview Court, Street and Utility Improvements. Location: Gear Drive, Edgerton, Wisconsin. The Work includes: The construction of a regional storm water pond near the intersection of Dallman Road and West Fulton Street. The pond outlet will discharge through the twin 36" storm pipes running under Dallman Road. Borrow from constructing the regional storm water pond will be used as fill for building up the new roadway area to the required grade elevations. There is additional excavation required below the pond bottom in order install a 2' thick clay liner. Clay material from the pond excavation will be salvaged and installed as clay liner. Also included in the project is a new street constructed off of Gear Drive along with the necessary new utility extensions for water, sewer and storm sewer and their appurtenances. The new asphalt roadway includes curb and gutter. Landscaping and final restoration are also included. The work also includes clearing and grubbing, stripping, stockpiling and salvaging topsoil. Storm outfall structures within the pond. Connections of new utilities to existing and erosion control measures.
