Site work for a water / sewer project in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Limestone Walters Public Water District is inviting sealed Bid Proposals from interested and qualified parties for the rehabilitation of the District's 100,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank. This work includes cleaning and repainting the exterior surface and specific locations of the dry interior surface. It also includes backfilling around tank foundation, grout work around the base of the tank, and cleaning the existing access tube vent screen. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Limestone Walters Public Water District, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid for the Divisions bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Bids will be held good for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of Bids.
