Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Newton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalk Installation and Repairs; involves the construction of new concrete sidewalks and repair of various sections of existing concrete sidewalks including installation and repair of ADA accessible ramps around the City of Newton. Mass Highway Pre-qualification and 5% Bid Surety Required. Contractor Qualification : Highway Division. The work under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all necessary labor, materials and equipment required to construct new cement concrete and hot mix asphalt sidewalks, reset and install new granite curbing, construct ADA compliant curb ramps, reconstruct and/or repair existing driveways and sidewalks, as directed by the City Engineer. All other work described in the Contract Documents unless specifically indicated as not to be done. The work shall be performed at multiple municipal roadway locations situated throughout the City of Newton.
