Reference number : 1498199 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-06-23 Electronic submission accepted: No TENDERS SA21-3042 CORRECTIVE WORK AND MODIFICATION OF PUMPS AT MARCEL-DE-LA-SABLONNIÈRE STATION The City of Terrebonne, owner, requests bids for the current call for tenders. The opening hours of our offices are from 8:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday. The proposed bids must meet the requirements of the tender documents. Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and when applicable to the Agreement on the liberalization of public procurement in Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008) (AQNB 2008). The City is not responsible for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure, before tendering, to obtain all documents and all addenda, if applicable, related to this call for tenders. The City of Terrebonne does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and opened. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
