Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

SCOPE: In general, the work under this project consists of asphaltic milling, HMA pavement, culvert removal, new concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer construction, water main replacement, water services, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, sidewalk replacement, erosion control, restoration, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The centerline length of the project is approximately 0.6-miles. This project is locally funded. There is no State or Federal participation in this project. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute such contract documents, the bid bond shall be forfeited to Walworth County as liquidated damages. BID WITHDRAWAL: No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening of bids. Bids may be withdrawn only in total and only by a written request to Walworth County Purchasing, Department of Public Works, prior to the time and date of the scheduled bid deadline.
