Site work and paving for a road / highway in Potosi, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contractor to furnish PG 58-28 5% Cutback Liquid Asphalt furnished by and blended at a State of Wisconsin and AASHTO* certified liquid asphalt production facility, proportioned with a certified scale and power mixer blended to specifications, heated to 350 degrees and applied. Contractor to haul, place and roll clean 3/8" limestone cover aggregate which will be provided by the town. Contractor to furnish all machinery, labor and other necessary incidentals to properly clean, seal coat and roll various town roads. Proposal must include watering and rolling of gravel roads before seal coating. Pot hole patching of roads before sealing is included. Must have 1-year warranty written on face of contract. The Town of Waterloo will provide the chips. The Town of Waterloo Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
