Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Medford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of 04/06/2020 Contract 1 -already awarded. No start and end date. Contract 2 -Not awarded yet. As of 03/11/2020 Contracts have not been awarded, must go through Council approval. Start and end dates will be determined at that point as well. Wastewater Treatment Facility Solids Improvements - The Work at the Wastewater Treatment Facility consists of general construction of wastewater treatment facility sludge thickening equipment, sludge pumping equipment, polymer feed equipment, W3 booster pump system, diffusers and digester mixing equipment including sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical, and instrumentation and control. Industrial Yard Cake Storage Facility - The Work at the Industrial Yard consists of general construction of Cake Storage Facility including structural concrete and pre-engineered wood building, civil site work and electrical work.
