The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: o Lift station building. o Gravity sewer and forcemains. o Erosion control, restoration and landscaping. o Site excavation, grading and paving. o Site utility piping. o Cast-in-place concrete and reinforcing steel. o Unit masonry. o Process piping, valves and equipment. o Process instrumentation. o Electrical power distribution, communications and lighting. o Plumbing, heating, and ventilation. o Emergency generator. o Installation of bid and pre-purchased equipment. The Owner requires a minimum of 1% Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE).
