Project construction may include but is not limited to: full reconstruction, subgrade treatment, base and surface coarse installations, new hot mix surface course application, base and pavement replacement, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining wallscombination type, wheel chair ramps, removing and relocating mail boxes, asphalt speed humps, topsoil, sodding, signage, striping, elevated sidewalks, sidewalk pipe railing, adjusting existing meter boxes, valve boxes and manholes, tree pruning, removal and/or replacement, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Compliance Respondents shall meet the subcontracting
requirements as stated on 050.01 Form and on the Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Commitment Form
The Determination Will Be Made Solely by the City After Receipt of Bids and WillBe Made in the Best Interest of the City. If a Respondent Does Not Submit a Bid for an Alternate Item or Multiple Alternate Items,And After Receipt of Bids the City Makes the Determination to Include the Alternate(S) in the Award, the Respondent Would Not Be Eligible for Award.
