It is the intent of this solicitation to engage the services of a qualified construction management firm to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the construction of an approximately 16,800 square foot building to be used as a community center. The scope will include, but not be limited to the range of construction management services required to construct all sitework, buildings and utilities in accordance with the scope of work herein. All construction shall take place on a parcel of land, currently owned by the COUNTY described by parcel ID 01-26-28-0000-0220-000 and just south of the COUNTY owned building located at 4730 S. Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, FL 34746. The COUNTY's construction budget for this effort is approximately $8,000,000. The architect responsible for the design of the project is the Lunz Group.
