**As of October 6, 2021, all bids were rejected and project will rebid. The engineer’s construction cost opinion is $2.0M to $2.75M. Modifications to existing Headworks Facility consisting of the following: o Structural rehabilitation consisting of concrete surface repairs and corrosion protection lining of existing interior channels, flumes, tanks; and rehabilitation or replacement of existing metal access covers and supports. o Odor control piping modifications. o Demolition of existing and installation of new Eutek Headcell in Grit Tank No. 1. o Modifications to existing slide gates. o Electrical systems rehabilitation consisting of replacement of corroded light poles, fixtures, receptacles, and raceways. o Replacement of Electrical Room exterior personnel door and exhaust fan. o Structural rehabilitation of existing Drain Pumping Station consisting of concrete surface repairs and corrosion protection lining. o Miscellaneous sitework including demolition, pavement modifications, and yard piping. o New Headworks Facility permanent bypass main.
