Remove and replace the filter valves as specified. This work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and services necessaiy and required to perform the project as set forth in the Contract Documents. Includes furnishing materials, equipment, and labor to install and test the ion exchange softening system for two (2) existing softeners and appurtenances, as indicated on the contract drawings and as herein specified. Remove and replace the softener valves as specified. This work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and services necessary and required to perform the project as set forth in the Contract Documents. Terms and Conditions will need to be accepted by the plan holder prior to obtaining an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents on the Project Bidding website. Electronic Document access will only be provided to interested bidding companies and/or equipment companies. Electronic copies are provided at no cost. Printing ofsuch documents will be the responsibility ofthe plan holder in accordance with the website Terms and Conditions. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Treasurer of the Village of Lovington or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) ofthe total Base Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
