For Water System Improvements Division C Furnishing and installation of new Badger Recordall Disc Meters with HR-E LCD Encoder, with ORION Cellular Endpoint at various locations in the Village. This work generally consists of furnishing and installation of new Badger Recordall Disc Meters with HR-E LCD Encoder, with the ORION Cellular Endpoint that uses the Cellular Network combined with the secure BEACON Advanced Metering Analytics (AMA) hosted software suite compatible with the existing utility billing system. This work will also include furnishing and installation of meters 1" - 4" at various location in the Village, "Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA). The loan recipient's policy requires all bidders to undertake specified affirmative efforts at least sixteen (16) days prior to bid opening. The policy is contained in the specifications.
