INVITED BIDDERS: AZ Shmina Incorporated Commercial Contracting Corporation DeMaria Building Company Inc George W Auch Company KASCO Incorporated Krull Construction Company Incorporated McCarthy and Smith Inc Phoenix Contractors Inc Subcontractors or suppliers interested in the work should contact the invited bidders DECLINATION - If you choose not to submit a proposal, promptly email a bid declination message, referencing the Project Name and Number, to email Address aec-bid-decline@umich.edu within one (1) week after issuance of this Invitation for Bid. RIGHT TO REJECT - The Owner reserves the right not to proceed with the Project, to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in bidding as its interests may require. PROPOSAL WITHDRAWAL - Withdrawal of any proposals is prohibited for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for opening of proposals. STATEMENT OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION - The University of Michigan will affirmatively insure, regarding any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, that diverse business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit a bid in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of their sex, race, creed, color, religion, age, height, weight, marital status, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, disability, or Vietnam-era veteran status.
