Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Owner, Public Schools of the Tarrytowns, will receive separate sealed bids to Furnish materials and labor to complete the renovations across District Wide schools. Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. A full performance bond, together with labor and material payment bonds in form acceptable to Owner, shall be required of the successful Bidder for the full contract amount. Questions will be received, in writing only, until 5:00 p.m. on March 16, 2020. The Architect will transmit to all listed bidders, via addendum, any changes to the contract documents resulting from questions arising at the Conference or after. The Public Schools of the Tarrytowns reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding process or in the Bids received, to reject all Bids without explanation, to waive what it deems to be technical defects, irregularities or omissions relating to the specific Bid, or to re-advertise for new bids.
