Renovation of a water / sewer project in Clinton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All work is to be performed on OWNERs property located at the Mulberry Drive Tank, at 7 Mulberry Drive, Clinton, MA. Removal of peeling and damaged protective coating for the interior and exterior surfaces of the Mulberry Drive 1-million-gallon water storage tank (standpipe); spot repairs on exterior and complete removal/recoating of interior. The work includes the installation of a Tideflex Mixing System. Bidders requesting Contract Documents by mail shall include an additional check or money order made payable to Comprehensive Environmental, Inc., in the amount of $35/set (non-refundable) to cover the costs of handling and mailing. Upon request, an electronic copy of the Contract Documents will be emailed to prospective bidders (no charge).
