Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Swansea, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of Tank Mixing Equipment in the Sharps Lot Road Standpipe with new 480-volt electrical service 5% Bid Bond, 50% Payment Bond The work consists of installing pre-purchased equipment inside and on the Sharps Lot Road Standpipe. The equipment consists of a roof mounted fan, a floating surface aerator, and a mixer located at the tank floor. The installation will require tank modifications for new penetrations in the roof and repair to several minor components of the tank. Electrical modifications will also be required including a new three phase electrical service and panels. The time for completion of this Contract is 72 calendar days.
