Site work for a communication facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to: 1. Install tower foundation reinforcing at each existing tower leg pier. 2. Install ladder footing at base of existing climbing ladder. 3. Install 'a 151 a' grout nipple plate at base of tower. typical on four legs. 4. Install tower leg reinforcing bar on the outside of tower legs. 5. Install #10 dywidag reinforcing bars into existing tower legs and fill legs with microsil' expanding grout. 6. Install horizontal tower reinforcing at specified elevations. 7. Install proposed 't11' tx brackets to accommodate proposed cabling installation. 8. Install l proposed hp8 microwaves at specified elevations onto new pipe mount with iceguards. 9. Install proposed omni antenna on existing pinwheel at elevation 79' -0". 10. Install all grounding, hangers and all associated hardware required to install the proposed antennas, radios and transmission lines to meet manufacturers and bpa requirements. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. All work is to be accomplished within 150 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Failure to perform the work within the established time period will be grounds for withholding an appropriate amount of compensation as damages for delay A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho will be required of the successful bidder prior to award of a contract.
