The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids from qualified Contractors, for the construction of a roundabout with associated improvements at the intersection of Hiatus Road and McNab Road within the City of Tamarac. This project includes, but not limited to; general demolition (including but not limited to, asphalt, pavement markings, curbing, sidewalk, concrete flumes, landscaping); a roundabout traffic control system; new asphalt surface; curbing; milling and resurfacing; concrete flumes; concrete pad; sidewalks; crosswalks; handrails; brick pavers; grading; landscaping and irrigation; ADA Ramps; box culverts for sidewalk crossings; pavement markings and signage; and electrical conduit and handholes. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications and all applicable state, county, and local regulatory requirements. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein.
