The City of Wentzville, MO is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Geotechnical Services & Material Testing for the Wentzville Community Center Project. The City of Wentzville, Missouri is requesting statements of qualifications for geotechnical services and construction materials testing for the proposed Wentzville Community Center project located on Wentzville Parkway near the intersection of Wentzville Parkway and Crystal Creek Boulevard. The proposed project entails new construction of a multigenerational recreation facility that will contain the following components: indoor aquatic facility, senior facility accommodations, gymnasium, weight room, group fitness studios, multipurpose classroom/meeting spaces as well as other spaces related to the mission of the City of Wentzville's Parks and Recreation Department. The facility will encompass approximately 90,000 SF (combination single and twostory structure) on a twenty acre site that is part of a larger retail development. An alternate may be included as part of the project for a Competition Pool which would add approximately 10,400 SF. The selected firm will provide material knowledge during the design phases, so as to illicit the best financial decisions pertaining to site development and construction. In June of 2019, the City of Wentzville contracted with Navigate Building Solutions, LLC to provide Construction Management Services-Owner's Agent Services. Sub-Consultants are not allowed for geotechnical services or material testing as we recognize the benefit of having consistency in the geotechnical team and the materials testing team.
