Site work and paving for a civil project in Papillion, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The amount ofthe engineer's estimate ofthe cost ofsaid improvements (exclusive of engineering, fiscal, legal, interest, easement acquisition, and miscellaneous costs) is $2,600,000.00. The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of installing a gravity storm sewer system in addition to the construction of a system of streets with 7-inch thick Portland Cement Concrete (PCC). The installation of these systems shall include but not be limited to, installing, reinforced concrete storm sewer pipe of various sizes, curb inlets, manholes, structures, concrete pavement, tie bars, necessary appurtenances and other items of work incidental and necessary for a completed project. The contract's intent is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work described. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies and all incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineer will provide the Contractor one (1) complete copy of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall have this complete copy available on the work site at all times. The Engineer will provide six (6) copies of all plans, specifications, and addenda at no cost to the Contractor. The Engineer may furnish additional copies for a fee.
