Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids for the following project are sought: 2020 Miscellaneous Sidewalk Improvements- 50/50 Sidewalk & ADA Ramps This project consists of approximately 18,000 square feet (SF) of Sidewalk Removal, approximately 30,000 SF of PCC Sidewalk construction, construction of ADA sidewalk ramps, sidewalk vertical displacement removal, driveway pavement reconstruction, storm sewer inlet adjustments and reconstruction along with all necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project in accordance with the plans and specifications. This is a prevailing-wage project. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and the decision of the Council will be final.
