Renovation of an educational facility in Lewisville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Substantial Completion Date: August 2021 A building refresh and STEM renovation, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work. These are both interior 20-year refreshes including new rooftop units, roofing, lighting, ceilings, and finishes. All ceiling and above scope will take place during the Summer of 2020. All work below the ceilings will take place during the Summer of 2021. At Bridlewood, the STEM (Library) area will also take place during the Summer of 2020. There is no STEM at Prairie Trail.
