The Clarke County Purchasing Office, on behalf of the Clarke County Sanitary Authority, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for Inspection and Cleaning Services for water storage tanks as specified within the RFP. The Clarke County Sanitary Authority has three water storage tanks: 1. Boyce Water Storage Tank- This tank is located at 15 Church Lane in Boyce, VA 22620 and was constructed in 2006. This tank is a glass-coated, bolted steel tank that has a capacity of 150,000 gallons. 2. Millwood Water Storage Tank- This tank is located 1340 Browntown Road in Millwood, VA 22646 and was constructed in 2015. This tank is a glass-coated, bolted steel tank that has a capacity of 100,000 gallons. 3. White Post Water Storage Tank. This tank is located 14341 Lord Fairfax Highway in White Post, VA 22663. This tank was constructed in the early to mid 1990's. This tank is a welded-steel sphere setting on steel legs. This tank has a capacity of 50,000 gallons Clarke County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s).
