In accordance with WV Code 5A-3 and WV Code 5-22, The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Agency The West Virginia School for the Deaf & Blind (WVDBS) to establish a one-time construction contract to reconfigure individual classrooms into larger multi-grade/multi -instructional classrooms for the 2020-2021 school year, at the facility located in Hampshire County, Romney, West Virginia per the specifications, terms and conditions that are a part of this solicitation and reference herein.
