Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal of the existing catwalk with handrails, removal of existing air and sludge piping, partial removal of steel sidewalls on the aeration basin, reaeration basin, digester basin, and intermediate clarifier. Remove interior rakes, arms, motor, etc in the intermediate clarifier and then replace after rehabilitation Replace steel catwalks, piping, and basin sidewalls. Sandblast all existing surfaces that remain and paint all existing and proposed surfaces. The project includes an alternate mechanical bar screen bid item. All questions must be submitted Electronically the Q/A section to allow all bidders to receive the same information. This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
