Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clearwater, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide labor and materials to perform all the work necessary to complete the exterior painting, lead paint removal and waterproofing of buildings 1 through 8. This work includes all associated signs, hallways, storage buildings etc. as per plans and specifications provided by Pinellas County Schools. The prime Contractor shall be a Florida licensed General, Building, Waterproofing, Painting and Lead Paint Abatement Contractor. The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of exterior painting, lead paint removal and waterproofing of all buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, which includes all painted signs, marquee, storage buildings, maintenance buildings, exterior hallways, HVAC pipes and supports, roof top equipment, light fixtures, light post and bases, hand rails, fence, gates, Chiller yard, Play courts, Signs, covered walkways, and lead paint removal and all other items listed in accordance with the attached School Board General Conditions, School Boards paint specifications 09 90 00 and the Technical and Manufactures Specifications.
