o Construct LAS storage and feed area (to be located in the existing
polymer storage and feed area)
o Construct Polymer storage and feed area (to be located in the existing
LAS storage and feed area)
o Construct new caustic storage and feed for alkalinity adjustment (located
adjacent the existing caustic storage and feed area)
o Construct new chlorine dioxide injection points: primary (Low-lift PS) and
secondary (new junction box) feed points
o Construct new Plant-2 Alum storage and feed area
o Construct new sodium permanganate containment, storage and feed
o Misc. yard piping, plant water, pipe racks and concrete utility
trenches for chemical piping
o Misc. grading and pavement work
