**As of May 10, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed and also the construction start date and completion date.** The project is demolition and replacement of one (1) 28x28 existing kalwall skylight, four (4) 14'x14' existing kalwall skylights, and two (2) 8'x8' existing kalwall skylights in designated areas in Red River High School of Grand Forks Public Schools, Grand Forks, North Dakota. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing an acceptable bidder's bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid, executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety, conditioned that if the principal's bid be accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within ten days after notice of award, will execute a contract in accordance with the term of the bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the Grand Forks School Board. Each bid shall contain a copy of the license or certificate of renewal thereof issued by the secretary of state enclosed in the required bid bond envelope. Bidder must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and license. The Grand Forks School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the Grand Forks School Board. The work, if awarded shall be substantially complete by August 6th, 2021.
