The Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting for Wednesday, March 25, 2020 is canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The project Base Bid shall consist of the installation of new light fixtures and poles in Doylestown's Central Park, including pole foundations and wiring. Light fixtures and poles are to be provided by the Township; pole foundations, electrical wiring, and conduit are to be furnished by the contractor. All ancillary work required for the completion of this project shall also be provided. The award of the bid, if awarded, will be made by the Township Board of Supervisors at their meeting on April 21, 2020, or at a subsequent meeting. Prior to awarding the Contract, bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders. During this period no bid may be withdrawn. All questions concerning the bid documents or the project in general should be submitted Electronically no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at 5:00 PM.
