Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; for the addition of a 28,080-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Scope of Work The base scope of work includes: 1. Expansion: 2600 m2 expansion to the southeast of the existing building and site work. 2. Renovations: 870 m2 renovations within the Fraser Building to provide a seamless connection between the two programs, including offices, renovated classroom and student lounge, end of trip facilities and staff space. 3. Renewals: 9052 m2 new sprinklers, new heat plant, electrical substation upgrade, and a refresh of interior finishes. 4. Partial Law Library Renovation: 1124 m2 of interior renovation, possible seismic upgrade of L2 in library to allow for high density shelving installation TIMELINE: All trades are secured.
