The bid submission process has changed, due to the public health crisis. There will not be a public opening of bids. Reference number : 1352573 Reserve : The public body does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received The City of Baie-Saint-Paul is requesting tenders for the construction of a biomass power plant. All submissions must be submitted on the forms provided with the submission documents and must be valid for 90 days. Be presented on the tender forms, delivered in a sealed envelope and bear the inscription "Construction of a biomass power plant ". Be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond. Contracts are subject to ACCQO, AQNB, ALEC. The City of Baie-Saint-Paul does not agree to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received. To promote transparency in the award of municipal contracts, this call for tenders is subject to By-law R722-2019 relating to the contractual management of the City of Baie-Saint-Paul and available through Electronically.
