All submissions must be submitted on the forms provided with the submission documents and must be valid for 90 days. Be presented on the tender forms, delivered in a sealed envelope and bear the inscription "Construction of a biomass power plant ". Be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond.
