Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Spencer, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 29, 2020. Project has been awarded Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed Base Bid and Alternate Bid will be for painting the interior and exterior of each of three (3) separate standpipe type water storage tanks: 385,000 gallons in capacity, 550,000 gallons capacity and 211,000 gallons in capacity. The recoating of each tank shall be a separate, individual bid. Contractors may bid on one tank, or any combination of the three tanks. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: CURRY & ASSOCIATES, INC., 110 Commerce Dr., Danville, IN 46122 BBP WATER CORPORATION, 256 West Clay Street, Spencer, Indiana 47460 Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, and to accept or reject all bids.
