Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Fernwood, Remove existing Chimney Stack to 6' above roof and associated work. Garvey, Roof Replacement with targeted exterior facade and interior finishes scope. MEP scope associated with roof replacement. Bidding Contractors are required to be pre-qualified with the Chicago Public Schools for this project. The form of agreement for the work will be the General Contracting Services Agreement. This contract is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the General Contracting Services Agreement between the Board and General Contractor dated as of January 1, 2017. BID BOND: A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid price is required. Payment and Performance Bond: 100% of the Base Contract Price CONTRACT PERIOD: Contractor to Achieve Preliminary Acceptance By: August 31st, 2021
